Airbrush University (ABU) had its humble beginnings as one-day airbrush workshops held at BearAir in Massachusetts . These monthly classes were always kept small in response to the complaints regarding the lack of one on one instruction in some of the other workshops being held. It was a great success and soon its popularity demanded an expanded format. Three years ago with the talent of Mike and Diana Learn, Vince Goodeve, Scott Mac Kay and Keith Hanson, the first contemporary ABU was born. Based on the same formula of success used in earlier classes, namely, one on one instruction, all student materials supplied, and top level instructors, the plan was set. Needed were adequate facilities to accommodate a growing number of airbrush students. Stonehill College in Easton became that venue. This historic college offers an amazing campus and state of the art facilities that provide a unique learning environment for our expanding ABU program. Now in its third year, ABU has grown to include instructors like NUB, master painter from Orange County Choppers, Ryan Young, renowned NASCAR helmet painter and Steve Leahy, award winning photo-realist painter.
